jake's little valentines

Jake goes to our church's Mom's Morning Out program one day a week. And this Thursday his little class is exchanging valentines.

Obviously, I was so psyched to craft something up!

Since these kiddos are all about two years old, I wanted to make sure it was age appropriate.
So I went with the perfect toddler snack - goldfish!

I made a little fishbowl template.

Then I used cellophane bags and some blue bakers twine to tie them off.

Love them!

I also put together a couple of valentines for his two teachers too.
Who doesn't like a Starbucks gift card, right?

Now I just have to cross my fingers that he actually gets to go to school on Thursday. We've had snow this week and there seems to be much more to come. Definitely not the norm for Alabama. Everything here shuts down and we all go outside to play in the snow.
It's a little stressful {to get folks home safely!} and a lot of fun {to spend the day having fun!}.

So I'll leave you with this sweet shot of my peanut.
Happy hump day, friends!
