cheesy hash brown casserole {recipe}

Confession: I'm usually not a casserole person.
{I know! And I call myself a southern lady?!}

But carbs. They are my weakness.
Add in some cheese and sour cream? Why hello heaven!
Seriously, how am I not 500 pounds?

The nice thing about most casseroles is that they are easy to make. Mix all the ingredients together and bake!
And this casserole makes an awesome breakfast dish! It's great for weekends or holidays or get-togethers.

: : Ingredients : :

32 oz of frozen hash brown potatoes
8 oz of diced ham
2 cans of cream of potato soup
16 oz of sour cream
  3 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all your ingredients together except one cup of the cheese.
Leave that out and then sprinkle it on top.
Stick the casserole in the oven for 50-60 minutes - until lightly brown and bubbly.

Serve and eat immediately.
